Building a better house pour: how we think about vodka & gin.
When we set out to create our core vodka and gin, we didn't just want to make spirits that tasted good. We wanted to make spirits that worked—really worked—for the people who pour them every day. For bartenders and bar managers, a house pour isn't just a spirit. It's a tool. It needs to be consistent, versatile, and reliable. It needs to play well with mixers, stand up in cocktails, and still taste good on its own. Most importantly, it needs to be something you can pour confidently, knowing it won't let you or your guests down. That's why we spent months testing our vodka and gin in real bar environments. We worked with bartenders to understand what they actually need: a spirit that mixes cleanly, doesn't overpower delicate ingredients, and maintains its character even when diluted. We tested it in everything from simple highballs to complex cocktails, making adjustments until we got it right. The result? Spirits that bartenders actually want to use. Not because they're the cheapest option, but because they're the right option. Because they make drinks better, not just cheaper.
