Planning your first visit to the distillery tasting room.
Planning your first visit to our distillery? Here's what you need to know to make the most of your trip. **Tours & Tastings** We offer guided tours of our production facility, where you'll see our stills, learn about our process, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how we make our spirits. Tours last about 45 minutes and include a tasting of our current releases. **Tasting Room** After your tour (or if you just want to stop by for a drink), our tasting room is open for cocktails, flights, and bottle purchases. We have a rotating selection of cocktails featuring our spirits, plus a dog-friendly patio if you want to bring your four-legged friend. **Hours** We're open Thursday through Friday from 4-9pm, Saturday 12-9pm, and Sunday 12-6pm. We're closed Monday through Wednesday for production. **Booking Ahead** While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking ahead, especially on weekends. You can book tours and tastings online or give us a call. Groups of six or more should definitely book in advance. **What to Expect** We're a working distillery, so you'll see production happening around you. It's a casual, friendly environment—no need to dress up. Just come ready to learn, taste, and have a good time. **Dog-Friendly** Yes, we're dog-friendly! Well-behaved dogs are welcome on our patio. We even have water bowls ready. Ready to visit? We can't wait to show you around.
